Stubbies!

I cut my nails! I took a look at them last night when i removed my polish and they really didn't look good :(

So i have cut them down and will begin again lol! I have just painted them with China Glaze limbo bimbo!

I will get my nail storage post up soon i promise just need to find a way of getting all the pics from phone to laptop first cos i done collection pics too he he!

nail polish reorganisation!

Before!

Today I am on a reorganisation binge!!! Here is the above pic of my nail polish and bits! I will upload after pic when I am done :)

Try it Thursday!

Hi all!

So Thursdays are going to to be the day when I post something new I have tried for this week,
today I have gradiant nails :)

What I used: In order
Collection 2000 in Hula Hoop (base pink)
Stargazer in 104 (neon pink)
Stargazer in 147 (glitter)
finished off with Stargazer topcoat in 140

I used makeup sponge to sponge on the neon polish over the lighter pink. I got the sponges in Poundworld and think there is 50 in the bag, I tore the one i used in half so can get another use of it :)

I like how this looks and will definately try it with different colour ways :D I looks really pink with the sun shining on it!

I seem to be getting a lot of hits to my blog when I publish new posts but no comments :( please comment girlies it will make my day :D

Another new feature :)

Tuesday is going to be a music dedicated post from what music I have been loving this week

My fave album I have playing non stop this week is Bruno Mars' new one

Doo Woop and Hooligans!

Boy does it have so good tunes on there my personal fave is Talking to the Moon as I identify so much with that song at the minute with something I am going through.

Overall the whole album could just be played on loop constantly all day every day and I would be happy hehe!

What I'm Reading Monday

Hey chicks and dolls!

Bringing a new wee feature to my blog, I am going to try and stick to a sort of schedule on here with random posts thrown in between as usual hehe!

So Mondays I am going to do a what I am reading post - hopefully I manage to finish the books in a week to bring a new book each week, or on second thoughts if I give myself 2 weeks for each book, I can show you all the new book and blurb on the first week then do a review of it on the second week...what do you think???

Barry M Shatter Polish

Hey all just a quick post!

As most of you will know Barry M have released a special effects shatter polish lately. I was lucky enough to be able to get one a bit ago but only in the last week or so been playing with it!

I must say i love it! Its hard to get the technique down at first with not overlapping or applying too thinly but once you do you can achieve some great looks :)

I am still camera less so the pic i have uploaded with this is from my phone excuse the poopiNess of it :(



I will edit this later to show more pics of looks i have done as i have been removing one mani/pedi and doing another one straight away lol!

Have any of you tried it? What do you think? I want them to bring out more colours especially for spring/summer as am not sure i want to be running around with black nails in the sunshine (insert wishful thinking here!)

Genuine Ken

Has anyone been watching Genuine Ken???

I love it, its the quest to find America's perfect boyfriend just like Barbies Ken :D

Whitney Port from the hills is the judge and its really cute, kinda like ANTM with challenges and eliminations etc...

I have watched 3 episodes so far and my fave contestant is Kurtis Taylor....
