Apoligies

Hey all, just wanted to drop in and apologise for not posting regularly the last few weeks, I have been on an intensive training course in work and to be honest my blog has really been the last thing on my mind lately.
The last of the course is tomarrow so I hope I can turn my energies back to posting then after that, I have so many posts to catch up on :)
